Cedar Renewable Services LLC was created to re-imagine how goods can be transported in an environmentally sustainable way. With an in-house electric step van powered by clean energy, we go beyond the status quo. Throughout all operations we look to minimize life-cycle greenhouse gases from business activity. We are credentialed, insured, and practice the highest quality professionalism.

Founder and Owner
Born and raised in Nevada County, I left home to attend Southern Oregon University in Ashland, Oregon, where I earned degrees in Outdoor Adventure Leadership and Business Administration. In 2023, I returned home and began volunteering with a variety of environmental and community organizations before founding my mission-driven company. In my free time, I enjoy climbing trees, surfing, exploring the wilderness, and connecting with the wonderful people in our community.
Joe
Business Partner and Driver
I grew up in Auburn California, moved to Sacramento for a few years then found my way to Nevada County. I have spent the last 15 plus years in the hospitality/restaurant industry as a chef. In the middle of that I went to culinary school where I graduated with honors. In my free time I love fishing, camping and spending time with my dog.
About the Fleet
We currently operate a Chevrolet BrightDrop 600 electric cargo van and are prepared to expand our fleet as the company grows. We also have access to additional rental vehicles when needed to support customer demand.
